The games are free and always will be. The shop sells add-ons you buy once and own. This page says what "own" means, what a refund does, and the ten things the site promises. It is written to be read.
Any purchase, including the bribe, refunded on request within 14 days of buying it. No questions, no form, no reason needed. Email hello@roller.wtf from the address you paid with and say which item. The refund goes back to the card, usually within a day, and the item leaves your account.
After 14 days, ask anyway. We are one person and a shop with six things in it; we would rather refund than argue.
A purchase is yours for as long as roller.wtf runs. No subscription, no renewal, nothing that expires. If the site ever closes, owners get at least 90 days' notice by email, and we intend to give you a way to keep what you bought. That intention is a promise of effort, not a warranty, because we cannot know today what form it would take.
What you own works at every table you host, on any screen you sign in to. Guests at your table never pay for anything the host owns. A guest who wants it at their own table buys it once, the same as you did.
It covers exactly the categories named on its card: every theme, every announcer voice, every music pack including After Dark, every champion anthem, and every expansion for Hexagon Island, now and whatever we make later. It does not include: a league pass, if a league ever exists; the bribe; or anything that belongs to one player rather than to the table, such as game cards, card packs, or a player's own dice skins, if such things ever exist. Five hundred are sold, numbered in the order they were bought. A refunded founder number is retired and never reissued. The cap does not refill. If we give copies to people who playtest the games, those copies carry no number, are never more than ten, and are not among the 500.
When a purchase is refunded, whether you asked or we did it, the item leaves your account at the same moment. Anything already downloaded to a device stops working the next time that device checks in.
The account is the email you paid with. Deleting it from the account sheet removes the email and everything it owns from the site, immediately and for good, with no refund from that button. The sale itself stays in Stripe's records and our tax books because the law requires it. The privacy page has the rest.
The After Dark music packs are explicit. They are off by default, and the host who flips them on confirms that everyone at the table is an adult. That host is responsible for their room. If a child can hear the screen, leave them off.
Bribe the Dice has zero effect on any roll, ever. The announcer tells the table you paid, the host's menu says the dice are bribed, and the dice roll exactly as they always did. That is the whole product, it says so on the card, and it is refundable like everything else.
A gift code unlocks what it says, once, on one account. Codes have no cash value, cannot be sold, and cannot be exchanged for a refund. A code obtained by fraud, or used in a way that looks like resale, is revoked along with what it unlocked.
We may raise or lower prices, retire items, or put items on sale. None of that touches anything you already own. A price change is never a reason to charge you again.
A refund from us takes about a day and costs you nothing. A chargeback through your bank takes weeks and costs us a fee that is larger than most things in the shop. Email first. If you truly cannot reach us, dispute away; we will not hold it against you.
roller.wtf is operated by Daniel Bragg, Orange, California, United States. The games and the add-ons are provided as they are, and we do not promise they will run on every device or never have a bug. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you and does not let you waive.
You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the paid art, music, or voice recordings outside the site. Playing them at your own table, in the game, is what they are for.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds one line unenforceable, the rest stands. If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them and we say so in the Discord. Questions: hello@roller.wtf.
